Lauren’s knowledge of Immigration Legislation and related policies is extensive. She is primary point of contact for businesses and industry leading employers looking to sponsor foreign skilled workers to Australia. As a Lawyer, she specialises in employer sponsored (482, 186/187, 491, 494), business innovation and investor (188 and 888), general skilled migration visas (189/190) and assists individual clients with a vast array of family migration matters including, partner visas, parent visas, student visas and many more.
In addition, Lauren also acts for clients in more complex immigration matters including, merits review in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Judicial review to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and assisting those who have been subject to a cancellation of their visa on character grounds and other relevant matters.
Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, Lauren has assisted a substantial amount of clients in navigating the international and state border restrictions, working with clients to ensure the provisions in place to assist individual, family and commercial clients are utilised to ensure they are not unfairly impacted both personally and economically in such high stress circumstances where this could be avoided.
