To be eligible for an Offshore Partner Visa (subclass 309 and 100), you will need to either be married to your partner or be able to show that you have lived together as de facto partners, usually for no less than 12 months, prior to submitting the application (unless an exemption applies).
Our team at All Access Migration have significant experience in assisting with Partner Visa applications, and enjoy helping couples build their future together in Australia. We are able to assist with:
- advising you on the requirements, process and requirements of the visa in terms of the sponsorship and main visa application aspects of the application
- outlining the specific documentation required in order to satisfy the requirements of the visa application, consolidated into a tailored document checklist that you can utilise for a point of reference
- collating and reviewing your documentation
- preparing detailed submissions to the Department of Home Affairs outlining your ability to meet each requirement of the visa, as well as outlining the evidence provided
- preparing and lodging both the visa application and sponsorship application, as well as supporting evidence on your behalf
- providing advice regarding the status of lodgement, ongoing obligations, and current processing times
